Nov 23, Month 6 I have done some awesome things in New Zealand. We've seen some of the rarest penguins in the world. Their names are the Golden Crested Penguin and the Yellow-Eyed Penguin. We also have seen the Blue Penguin (the smallest penguin in the world and the only penguin that can have two chicks at the same time. Cool, huh?). Not to mention that we've seen Royal Albatross. They kind of look like huge seagulls. Currently, we are in a fairly large campervan (that's what they call a motorhome in New Zealand). ![]() We saw people bungy jumping. They are crazy! We've also gone on two boats. One went through beautiful scenery of Milford Sound. That's where we saw the Golden Crested Penguin. The second boat was on Lake Te Anau to go see a cave and its glowworms. You have to go into a cave and their little blue lights are everywhere. It's really amazing. I know that I'll have many more fun adventures... maybe even cooler than driving in a campervan... or seeing thousands of glowworms. I hope you can real all of our adventures. ![]() |
