Twelve Days of Christmas Ornaments – Day Three – New Zealand

One guess where this ornament (or Tiki) comes from?

Crap, I shouldn’t title things so obviously.

New Zealand holds a special place in our family’s heart.  Not just because of the kiwi bird.  And not just because of the glaciers.  Or glow worms.  Or mountains.  Or penguins.  Or the Maori.

It’s special because New Zealand is where we drank L&P soda and learned the term “No Worries!”

Honestly, New Zealand is special for all of those things and many more.  It was a month of pure excitement every single day.  We love this ornament because it reminds us of wandering around an amazing country that made us feel alive again.
