What is RTW Family Travel.com about?

Round The World (RTW) Travel isn’t new but it is a rarity when you are talking about families. Why a rarity? Time, money, jobs, schooling, and so on and so on.  Sounds very overwhelming.

The truth is it isn’t as hard as you would think it is. If we can do it, so can you.

To me, RTW was an experience of a lifetime. It bonded our family together (through some pretty ugly times too) and is a shared experience that we discuss often as a family.  Extended family travel is an opportunity that I would hope everyone would have at least once in their lives, for at least a few weeks.

What I do know, is that our family adventure can help others do it themselves… and hopefully learn from our mistakes and what we’ve learned.

So if you want a little adventure humor in your life, or want to learn about family world travel, or listen to other family’s stories of what they did and how they did family world travel, this is the website for you. We will try to make you learn (hopefully something you didn’t know), laugh (we’re a tad bit silly), think (such as, “that’s right… life is short.”), and quit your job (at least think about quitting your job. It’s pretty fun by the way.).

Our mission is to:

  • Add some humor – we all need a few laughs every day.

  • Make value – help learn from others how to make family travel affordable and possible.

So, that’s us.  That’s what we are going to try and make happen.
